Rosamarina Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Pound Rosamarina, cooked accd.to package directions.
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • 3 small cans pineapple tidbits
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3 T flour
  • 2 8oz. tubs of defrosted Cool Whip
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1 Pound Rosamarina, cooked accd.to package directions.
  2. 2 cans mandarin oranges
  3. 3 small cans pineapple tidbits
  4. Drain the juice from the canned fruit and combine with:
  5. 3/4 C sugar
  6. 2 beaten eggs
  7. 3 T flour
  8. Cook together until thick then cool.
  9. Add cooked and cooled Rosamarina.
  10. Fold in the drained fruit and 2 8oz. tubs of defrosted Cool Whip.
