• Cooking Time: 12-15 minutes
• Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup shortening
• Juice and rind of 2 oranges
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sour milk
• 4 cups flour, maybe a bit more
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Icing: Juice and rind of one orange, mix with powdered sugar to desired consistency.

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix ingredient's together.
3. Drop by spoon full onto greased sheet pan.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
5. When cooled, apply the orange icing.
