Rosemary Potatoes

  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound new potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled

  2. 1.) 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  3. 2.) 2 garlic cloves, minced
  4. 3.) 1 pound new potatoes
  5. 4.) 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 5.) 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  7. 6.) 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
  8. Preparation:
  9. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil. Add garlic and
  10. saute about 5 minutes. Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
  11. Add to garlic and sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.
  12. Toss. Increase heat to medium, cover and cook about
  13. 15 minutes. Remove cover and cook until potatoes are
  14. browned, about 4 minutes. Yield: 4 Servings.
