Rotini with Peas and Goat Cheese
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup hot cooked whole wheat rotini
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well to coat.
