Russian Tea Cakes Cookies
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1/3Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tsp water
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cups AP Flour
  • 1 Cup Nuts ( Walnuts or pecan) Chopped fine
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix Butter & Sugar first then mix in water and Vanilla then the flour & Nuts.
  2. Chill 4 hours in fridge and then heat oven to 350
  3. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet and bake 20 minute & watch not to burn cool cookies and then roll in powdered sugar
