Russian Tea Cakes Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1/3Cup Sugar
- 2 Tsp water
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Cups AP Flour
- 1 Cup Nuts ( Walnuts or pecan) Chopped fine
DIRECTIONS
- Mix Butter & Sugar first then mix in water and Vanilla then the flour & Nuts.
- Chill 4 hours in fridge and then heat oven to 350
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet and bake 20 minute & watch not to burn cool cookies and then roll in powdered sugar
