Rusty Crown

  • 1 oz. scotch
  • ½ oz. dark roast coffee – We use Costa Rica La Pastora from
  • ¾ oz. Drambuie
  • 1 cherry for garnish
  1. Add ice to your favorite whiskey glass.
  2. Combine the scotch, coffee and Drambuie in the glass.
  3. Garnish with a cherry and enjoy!
This is a strong drink that holds up nicely when compared to a classic Rusty Nail. Drambuie, a gold liqueur from Scotland, is notable for its spicy honey tones, its sweetness, its smoothness and its herb-y spiciness. We have combined it here with Costa Rica La Pastora coffee because the honey apricot tones in the coffee are perfectly complimented by the Drambuie!
