Rutabaga Fries with Buffalo Mayo....LOW CARB

  • Rutabaga
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp Frank’s Buffalo sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. 2.Cut a rutabaga into shoestring fries (they are a very hard vegetable, so be prepared with a sharp knife!!)
  3. 3.Spread rutabaga fries on a baking sheet.
  4. 4.Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt and toss.
  5. 5.Bake for 20 minutes, stirring a couple times during baking.
  6. 6.For the buffalo mayo, mix mayo with 2TBSP Frank's Buffalo sauce until smooth.
