Rutabaga Fries with Buffalo Mayo....LOW CARB

- Rutabaga
- Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp Frank’s Buffalo sauce
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 2.Cut a rutabaga into shoestring fries (they are a very hard vegetable, so be prepared with a sharp knife!!)
- 3.Spread rutabaga fries on a baking sheet.
- 4.Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt and toss.
- 5.Bake for 20 minutes, stirring a couple times during baking.
- 6.For the buffalo mayo, mix mayo with 2TBSP Frank's Buffalo sauce until smooth.
