INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 pkg fast action yeast
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- Add water to make a soft dough
- about 1 pound of shredded Pork
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
DIRECTIONS
- 2 1/2 cups flour

- Mix together.
- or for non yeast dough
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- Add water to make a soft dough
- Mix together
- Filling
- About 1 pound of shredded Pork
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Mix to taste in quantities enough to fill the dough
- Take portions of dough and make a flat round of about 6 inches across. Put filling in centre and seal the dough to form a ball. Steam the balls in a steamer until done.
