  • 1 recipe for Basic Meatballs
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • Snipped or dried parsley
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare Basic Meatballs. Combine cooked meatballs, soup, milk, and nutmeg in large skillet; heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream; cover and heat 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 to 5 servings. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
