SAUTEED APPLES
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 4 to 6
  • 6 apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • dash of sherry
DIRECTIONS
  1. Slice apples.
  2. Melt butter in separate skillet from chicken livers. Fold in apples and cook until they are steaming. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and sherry.
  3. Cook, covered, over low heat until nearly tender.
