CATEGORIES
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • season to taste
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 4-6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 pkgs dinner rolls (King's Hawaiian was used here)
  • 1 c. desired cheese, shredded cheese (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine first four ingredients in skillet until meat is fully cooked and onions are softened.
  2. Add in next four ingredients and blend well. Allow to cook in pan with meat mixture at least 5 minutes to thicken up. Heat oven to 375° while preparing meat.
  3. Slice rolls in half without breaking into individual rolls. Open up and place bottom half onto a well sprayed pan. Divide meat mixture between both sets of rolls. Top with cheese if desired. Place top of rolls onto the meat mixture.
  4. Using a pastry brush, spread melted butter on tops of rolls. Bake 15 minutes.
  5. Remove and slice each roll. You have your own individual sliders now! Enjoy
