SOFT POPCORN BALLS

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup milk (magic ingredient, keeps 'em soft)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
- Combine first 4 ingredients (sugar through milk) in saucepan and cook till 220 degrees (not even 3 minutes)
- Remove from heat and add the remaining 3 ingredients (baking soda through salt)
- Pour over popped corn (about 1/2 cup unpopped).
- Mix till covered, put into plastic baggies. Or you can butter your hands and while still quite warm form into balls. Be careful not to burn yourself.
