SRIRACHA MAPLE OYSTER CRACKERS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 c. Canola Oil
  • 1/2 c. Butter - unsalted
  • 2-3 T Sriracha - or more if you like things hot
  • 4 T. Maple Syrup - the real stuff:-)
  • 1 T Honey
  • 1 T Lowry's Seasoning Salt
  • 1 Bag Oyster Crackers
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt the oil and butter in a large skillet.
  2. Add Sriracha, Syrup, Honey & Salt.
  3. Bring to a low boil then turn off the heat.
  4. Add the crackers and mix until the crackers a evenly coated.
  5. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stir every 20 minutes.
  7. Let Cool
