STRAWBERRY PRETZEL PIE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
  • 1 (16 ounce) sliced strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Crust: Combine the first 4 ingredients. Press into 9" x 13" baking dish and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Cream together cream cheese, vanilla, cream and 1 cup sugar.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzel crust.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  5. Stir in strawberries, Chill until partially set (about 1 hour) and spread over cream cheese layer.
  6. Chill until set , about 2 hours, and serve.
