• 1 pint strawberries, chopped
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (or to taste)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Squeeze of fresh lime

  2. Chop strawberries and cherry tomatoes
  3. Combine olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, salt and pepper and then add to the strawberry-cherry tomato mixture
  4. Squeeze fresh lime over all
  5. Correct seasonings
  6. That's all there is to it, but you'll be pleased with the results. Serve on the side for chips or top your fish or chicken or pork chop with this restaurant style salsa. It really is delicious.
