SUFFED HONEY CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 Tablespoons of herbed boursin cheese
- 12 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup honey
- toothpicks
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cut a slit in each chicken breast and stuff with equal amounts of boursin cheese; Wrap each stuffed breast with two slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Spray broiler pan with cooking spray and arrange chicken on broiler pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked; Drizzle with honey during the final five minutes of cook time.
