Sahlab Cheesecake Popsicle

  • 400 tins Cream cheese
  • 10 liters Rose water
  • 2 ground cardamom
  • 2 ground cinnamon
  • 1 cubes NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 450 liters whipping cream
  • For the topping:
  • 50 g Pistachio nuts
  • 100 g white chocolate
  1. Prepare your favorite Popsicle mold and keep it in the freezer until the cheesecake mixture is ready
  2. Beat the cream cheese until soft then add cardamom and cinnamon Mix in Nestlé sweetened condensed milk
  3. Whip the cream until peaks form then fold into the cream cheese mixture
  4. Pour mixture evenly into each Popsicle mold Tap it to remove air bubbles
  5. Place in the freezer for around 3 hours
  6. Drizzle the popsicles with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios
