  • Hakutsuru sak√©: 40 ml
  • Sweet wine: 120 ml
  • Fresh mixed berry fruits
  • Lime juice: 15 ml
  • Sugar syrup: 10 ml
  1. Muddle the Mix berry fruits at the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the other ingredients, shake with ice, and strain into an ice-filled tall glass.
  3. Add soda water to the pitcher and garnish with Berry leaves and a lime wedge when ready to serve.
