Salad Dressing with an Asian Flair

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup soybean oil
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and round ginger
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in blender container or work bowl of food
- processor fitted with steel knife; process until almost smooth. Makes 6 servings, about 2 tablespoons each (unused portions may be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator).
