Salad Dressing with an Asian Flair

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup soybean oil
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and round ginger
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender container or work bowl of food
  2. processor fitted with steel knife; process until almost smooth. Makes 6 servings, about 2 tablespoons each (unused portions may be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator).
