Salami Pasta

  • 1/2 cooked salami sliced
  • 4 gloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/2 box macaroni
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tbs cooking wine
  • 1/4 cup macaroni broth
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 1 tbs tomato paste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions, until just tender
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add salami. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp.
  3. Remove salami from pan
  4. Add garlic. Then, add tomato paste
  5. Add cooking wine, salt and macaroni broth. Stir very well
  6. Drain pasta, then, add to sauce. Then add butter
  7. Then, add salami with peppers. Toss until well combined
  8. Serve
