Salmon + Garlic Aoli Ciabatta Sandwich

  • Mayo
  • Garlic
  • Thyme
  • Hot Sauce

  1. Mix mayo, garlic, thyme, hot sauce, salt/pepper and parsley in a food processor in order to make the aoli
  2. Cut ciabatta bread in half and drizzle each side with salt/pepper and olive oil
  3. Bake the bread until crispy
  4. Season salmon with salt and pepper
  5. Sautee salmon on both sides in olive oil. (3-4 minutes each side)
  6. Smear aoli on both sides of the bread.
  7. Make a sandwich using the salmon and the spinach
