Salmon Patties (and my variations) Barb Fankhauser's Style

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cans Pink Salmon
- 3-4 eggs (depends on egg size)
- 1 Stalk Celery minced
- 1 yellow onions minced
- Garlic powder
- Parsley flakes
- Cilantro flakes
- Salt
- Seasoned Bread Crumbs (not Italian seasoned)
- Oil for frying (or for coating pan for Salmon Loaf)
DIRECTIONS
- Open and drain Salmon Put in bowl remove dark skin (feed skin to pets if you choose)(leave the soft bones they are good and give you some minerals)
- Break up Salmon w/ a fork
- Add eggs mix well
- Add celery and onions mix well
- Add 2 shakes garlic powder
- Add 3 shakes salt
- Add 3 shakes Parsley flakes
- Add 3 Shakes Cilantro flakes mix well
- Add bread crumbs a lil at a time until you can form it into a patty or a ball
- Fry patties or balls in oil (if making Salmon Loaf put a generous amount of oil in the baking pan you use make sure to coat sides too. I use glass baking pans)
- *NOTE This is a thick mixture and best mixed by hand. I use zip-lock type freezer bags for gloves :P Hey it works LOL
- Also: Amounts of celery, onions, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and cilantro can be adjusted to you and your families tastes
