Sand Tart Cookies

INGREDIENTS
- 4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 4 divided eggs
- 3-1/2 cups flour
- brown sugar and cinnamon to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Blend brown sugar, butter, 3 eggs and enough flour to make a soft dough.
- Wrap dough in wax paper and chill over night.
- Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thick and cut with cookie cutters.
- Beat remaining egg and brush over the tops of cookies.
- Combine equal brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of cookies.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
