  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup of barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbs. brown sugar, dark or light
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 4 scallions, white and green parts, sliced thin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh gingerroot
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine sauce ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened.
  2. Dip chicken in sauce and place on a platter . Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
