INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/3 cup of barbecue sauce
- 2 tbs. brown sugar, dark or light
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 4 scallions, white and green parts, sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh gingerroot
DIRECTIONS
- Combine sauce ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Dip chicken in sauce and place on a platter . Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
