Sausage Bread
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 loaves frozen bread; risen
  • 1 lb. mild sausage
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 3 lg. eggs
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. oregano
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown sausage and drain fat. Add cheese, 2 eggs, and all seasonings. Spread 1/2 mixture onto rolled out bread dough. Roll into jelly roll and place onto baking sheet, seem side down. Beat 1 egg and brush over roll. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
  2. Makes two loaves.
