Sausage Cheese Balls

- 1 lb Owens regular sausage
- 3 ½-cup biscuit mix (I use Bisquick)
- 1 10 oz pkg of shredded sharp cheese
- Dash of cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Combine 1 lb of Owens regular sausage with 3 ½-cup biscuit mix, 1 10 oz package shredded sharp cheese and a dash of cayenne pepper.
- Mix until well blended and a soft dough.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Arrange on buttered baking sheet 1 inch apart.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
