Sauteed Baby Spinach
  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 t. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • goya adobo seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  1. In a medium skillet, heat oil and add in the garlic and pepper flakes.
  2. Cook until the pepper starts to sizzle.
  3. Stir constantly and don't let your garlic will taste bitter.
  4. Add in the baby spinach and cook just until wilted, about 2-4 minutes.
  5. Season with adobo seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. So easy and healthy too!
  6. It can accompany many entrees. Enjoy!
