Sauteed Cabbage

  • 1 small cabbage cut in bite size chunks
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 roma tomatoes diced
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • dash of olive oil
  • cilantro for garnish
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a wok sauté everything together until blended al dente.
  2. Garnish with cilantro.
