Sauteed Liver

  • 1 teaspoon corn oil
  • 1/4 lb. beef liver
  • 1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat 1 teaspoon corn oil in a pan.
  2. Add 1/4 lb. beef liver and fry on both sides until cooked but not dry inside. Add 1/2 cup water to the pan and mix it up with all the brown bits. Grind the liver in a blender, using the pan juices
