Sauteed Shrimp with Garlic and Parsley
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • Salt
  • Fresh-ground black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 6 parsley springs
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  1. Season shelled shrimp liberally with salt and pepper
  2. Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet, when hot, pour in olive oil
  3. Turn heat up to high and add the seasoned shrimp
  4. Cook, tossing the shrimp frequently until he shells start to turn pink (3 min)
  5. Turn off the heat and toss in the chopped garlic and parsley
  6. Toss the shrimp in the pan until well coated with garlic and parsely. Serve immediately
