• 1 cup Hellman's mayo
• 2 Tablespoons diced onions
• 3 Tablespoons sweet relish with the juice
• 1/2 tsp. hot sauce, more, if you like it spicy
• 1 squeeze of lemon juice
• 1 tsp. ketchup

1. Mix all ingredients together, at least 12 hrs. before serving, and refrigerate. Serve with boiled or fried seafood.
