Scalloped Corn
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 10 oz can creamed corn
  • 1 10 oz can milk
  • 1 sleeve Saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1 10 oz can creamed corn
  2. 1 10 oz can milk
  3. 1 sleeve Saltine crackers, crushed
  4. 1 egg
  5. salt and pepper to taste
  6. Mix all ingredients together.Pour into a greased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
