Scalloped Corn

  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 can mexicorn
  • 4 tsp margarine, melted
  • 1/8lb saltines - crushed - reserve some for topping
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients except reserve crackers for topping
  2. Place in baking dish
  3. Sprinkle reserved crackers evenly on top
  4. Bake at 325 for 1 hour
