Scalloped Corn
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 60
- Servings: 4 - 6
- Preparation Time: 5
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 can mexicorn
- 4 tsp margarine, melted
- 1/8lb saltines - crushed - reserve some for topping
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients except reserve crackers for topping
- Place in baking dish
- Sprinkle reserved crackers evenly on top
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour
