Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 to 10 potaotes, sliced
  • 2 c. ham, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Layer one ingredient at a time, started with potatoes, ham, onion, and cheese in a 5 quart slow cooker. When done layering, pour soup over all; do no mix. Cokk on high for 5 hours or love for 8-10 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
