Scallops with Coconut Broth

- Salt/Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper

- Vegatable Oil
- Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 14 oz can coconut milk
- 1 lemon grass stalk
- 1 red chile
- 2 green onion
- cilantro
- 2 thyme springs
DIRECTIONS
- Sauce:
- cook garlic, thyme, and wine together.
- Lower heat and add coconut milk, lemon grass, chile, green onions and seasoning
- Season Scallops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. Cook ~ 2-3 min on each side on hot pan.
- Cover scallops in sauce and garnish with cilantro
