INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups rice krispies
  • 6 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large pan add sugar and corn syrup.
  2. Heat to just boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
  4. Next mix in the rice krispies.
  5. Press into a buttered 13x9 pan.
  6. In a double boiler over hot water, melt the chips.
  7. Once melted, spread over rice krispie mixture.
  8. Chill for 15 minutes and then cut into bars.
