Scrambled Egg with Noodles

  • 8 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons margarine
  • 1/4 Cup raisins
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Chop noodle into 1/2 inches pieces. In a bowl add in eggs, salt and milk and whisk. Melt margarine in a skillet and cook noodles and raisins 1 minute. Add in eggs and scramble. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top to serve.
