Seafood Fettuccini
  • 6 to 8 oz. fettuccine
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 8 oz. imitation crab flakes (cut in bite-size pieces)
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan
  1. Cook fettuccine and drain. Melt butter on medium heat in a large skillet. Add garlic and saute until garlic is lightly browned. Add imitation crab, half and half, and pepper. Cook until mixture starts to bubble (about 3 min.), stirring occasionally. Add Parmesan and stir for 1 min. Remove from heat. Toss sauce with pasta and serve immediately. Pass around additional Parmesan if desired. Serves 4
