Seafood Salad
  • 1 package Surimi
  • 1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • 2 or 3 tsp of mayonnaise (and a dash or two of sriracha mayo, if you like it spicy)
  • 1/2 cup diced celery stalks
  • Dash or two of fresh ground pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  1. Shred the surimi sticks, set aside.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add the surimi and mix as well.
  4. Refrigerate for one hour and it will be ready to serve.
  5. Enjoy it with some water crackers and may be accompanied with a low-calorie beer (Michelob Ultra) ;-)
