Seasoned Fried Potatoes

  • 4-6 potatoes, peeled and sliced French-fry size
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp bacon drippings
  • seasoned salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oil and drippings in skillet over medium-high heat, add potaoes and onion. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, turning potatoes when brown on bottom.
