Seasoned Fried Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
- 4-6 potatoes, peeled and sliced French-fry size
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp bacon drippings
- seasoned salt
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil and drippings in skillet over medium-high heat, add potaoes and onion. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, turning potatoes when brown on bottom.
