Seattle Smoothie
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 5oz container of organic spinach
  • 1-1/2" circular chunk of pineapple (about 1-1/2 cups)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend first five ingredients in the Vitamix on high until smooth- about 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice and blend for an additional 15 seconds.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
