Seekh Kabab Masalah Recipe

  • Mince (keema) 1/2 kg
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Long pepper (pipli) 2 piece
  • Onion 1
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chili 3
  • Brown onion 1
  • Tomato 4
  • Green chili 3
  • Salt as required
  • Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
  • Garam Masalah 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds (maithi) 1 tsp
  • Turmeri powder 1/2 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  1. 1.Blend mince in chopper including chili crushed, long pepper paste (pipli), cumin, coriander, chop onion and green chili.
  2. 2.Now give it a shape like seekh kabab and fry in little amount of oil.
  3. 3.In a pan add 1/2 cup oil, tomato, chop green chili, incision the ginger garlic and add all masalah ingredients into the pan and add water.
  4. 4.After adding water cook it well then add brown onion and seekh kabab.
  5. 5.Then add more 1/2 cup water and cover it with lid. If you want to add Coal you can add it.
  6. 6.Seekh kabab Masalah Recipe is ready to serve.
  7. 7.Garnish it with coriander leafs and serve it.
