Sesame Sticks

- 3 eggs
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Sesame Seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Beat eggs until light colored and thick. Add sugar and oil then beat well.
- Stir together the flour and salt. Add 1 tablespoon at a time to egg mixture as you continue beating.
- Roll dough into sticks about 6 inches long. Roll in sesame seeds (if you want a heavier layer of seeds, brush dough with egg wash first).
- Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until brown.
