Sesame Sticks

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Sesame Seeds
  1. Beat eggs until light colored and thick. Add sugar and oil then beat well.
  2. Stir together the flour and salt. Add 1 tablespoon at a time to egg mixture as you continue beating.
  3. Roll dough into sticks about 6 inches long. Roll in sesame seeds (if you want a heavier layer of seeds, brush dough with egg wash first).
  4. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until brown.
Easy to make, great for snacks. Fun to make with the kids.
