INGREDIENTS
  • Fresh Fish (Raw -Crappie, Bass, Shrimp, Monkfish...not Catfish)
  • Chopped onion
  • Minced jalapeno
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Fresh lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut fish in 1 inch squares
  2. Chopped onion - about 1/5 the amount of fish
  3. Minced jalapeno - to taste...start light, you can always add
  4. Chopped cilantro - to taste (or parsley)
  5. Fresh lemon juice
  6. Cover and refregerate for 6 hours.
  7. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
  8. Let sit at least 1 more hour...will keep in fridge about 1 week.
