Shelly's Carmel Apple Salad
  • 4 red delicious apples
  • 4 granny smith apples
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 16 oz cool whip
  • 2 cups chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
  1. Drain pineapple juice into a bowl. Leave apples unpeeled and cut into the pineapple juice. Drain them. In another bowl mix sugar, flour, and vinegar. Add cool whip, pineapple and nuts. Stir in apples and refrigerate.
  2. Tastes exactly like a carmel apply. Yummy treat anytime of the year.
