Shepards Pie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound of beef
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 1 can of Beef gravy
  • 1 large or 2 small cans of cut up mushrooms (optional)
  • 5-6 potatoes
  • Margarine
  • deli cheese (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook beef (do not drain) put cooked beef in pan. cover beef with corn, beef gravy, and mushrooms.
  2. Cook potatoes and mash.
  3. Put potatoes on top of corn, gravy and mushrooms.
  4. Put dabs of butter on top of potatoes.
  5. Preheat oven on 350.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes, then add cheese if you choose.
  7. cook until the cheese is melted.
