Shrimp Cheesecake

  • 16 oz. pkg. tiny salad shrimp, thawed and drained
  • 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) lowfat cream cheese, softened
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 4 oz. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions, minced
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon White Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 prepared pie crust (deep dish)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Set oven for 350 degrees. Prick pie crust with fork and bake for about 8 minutes. Meanwhile, mix cheeses, eggs and seasonings until smooth, folding in the shrimp last. Let piecrust cool 5 minutes before pouring in shrimp mixture. Bake for 1 hour. Let cheesecake set for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
