Shrimp-Herb Fettuccine

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs shrimp
  • 1/2 c butter, divided
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c white wine
  • 1 c whipping cream
  • 1 c shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c fresh basil
  • 1/4 c fresh chives
  • 8 oz fettuccine
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt 3 tbs. butter, add shrimp and saute 3-4 minutes.
  2. Remove with slotted spoon. Melt remaining butter in skillet over med-high heat; add garlic and saute.
  3. Add wine and cook 4 min. or until mixture is reduced by half.
  4. Stir in cream, cook 4-5 min. until thickend.
  5. Add shrimp, cheese and herbs, cook until cheese melts.
  6. Toss with pasta.
