Shrimp Puffs
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 25
  • 2 slices of white bread, crusts removed
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 8-oz baby shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped, onion(Have used scallions)
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine the egg, bread pieces and mayonnaise.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Chill for a few minutes then shape into small balls about 1-1/2".
  4. Arrange on a non stick baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
  5. This is a very tasty recipe and it can be mixed up early in the day.
  6. I hand tear the bread into small pieces.
  7. They will puff up and brown nicely.
