Shrimp Tacos
  • 2 pounds Cooked Shrimp (I bought mine frozen.)
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 cup Salsa fresca
  • 1 cup Salsa verde
  • 1/2 Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 White onion, chopped
  • Tortillas
  1. Heat all ingredients in medium sized saucepan (except tortillas).
  2. Heat tortillas and fill with ingredients. Enjoy!
I amended this recipe from one on the internet. You can cut the recipe in half, if you need to. That's what I did. Here it is: Below is a picture of the shrimp and other ingredients boiling, just about ready.
